Fees for Subdivision or Land Development Application
Two-lot residential subdivision/land development plan - $50.00
Commercial, Industrial and Residential Subdivision/land development plan - $150.00
Make check payable to NEYCSA and submit directly to NEYCSA.
Connection/Tapping Fee Rates
Effective January 1, 2022, the Connection/Tapping Fee rate will be $3,800.00 per EDU.
For commercial and industrial purposes, an EDU is based upon 20,550 gallons per quarter. For residential purposes, one EDU equals one residential living unit.
Inspections
Inspection fee is $150 which includes two inspections. Two inspections are required for all new construction; first inspection prior to backfilling and the second inspection after final grading is complete.
Please include plumber’s name and license number on form. Plumbers' licenses will be accepted from any Pennsylvania municipality.
