Founded in 1959 as the Manchester-Mt. Wolf Sewer Authority, the Northeastern York County Sewer Authority (NEYCSA) provides wastewater treatment for East Manchester Township, Manchester Borough, and Mount Wolf Borough. Serving over 4,000 residential, commercial, and industrial customers, NEYCSA continues to maintain high standards of treatment to protect our environment and our customers, now and in the future.
Municipalities Served
The population of East Manchester Township is 7,264, and was incorporated on January 8, 1887. Although the entire Township does not have access to public sewer, there are 2,182 customers connected, making it the largest area the Sewer Authority services.
