Beginning with the bill for the 1st quarter of 2026, the quarterly sewer rate is increased from $145 to $153. Please also note that the late penalty is also increasing from 10% to 15%. These adjustments are necessary to keep up with rising operational expenses, including system maintenance and other costs. We have worked hard to remain as affordable as possible while still maintaining the high level of service you expect. We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we make the investments needed to keep our sewer system safe, reliable, and sustainable for our community.
